Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-09-24

These terms are the agreement between you and Better Life With Apps (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Studio AI app and this website. They apply alongside the terms of the store you got the app from. By using Studio AI you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What Studio AI does

Studio AI turns phone photos of the products you sell into studio shots, lifestyle scenes, model shots and clean cutouts, and turns your product list into multi-page catalogs with prices and WhatsApp order links, as a PDF or as post-sized images.

You keep a library of the products you sell and pick an AI tool, such as a studio shot, a lifestyle scene, a background removal or a shot on a model, for one of them. An AI image model then makes new images from your photos. From the products in your library the app also builds catalogs, as a PDF or as post-sized page images, which you share yourself. Your library, your catalogs and your business profile are kept on your device; the Privacy Policy explains what leaves it.

2. Your account

The app creates an account for you the first time you open it. There is no sign-up form, and we do not ask for your name or email address. The account is tied to your device: reinstalling the app on the same device normally brings the same account back, while a new device usually starts a new, empty account. On a new device, Restore purchases reconnects the purchases made with your store account. Your product library and catalogs do not move with it, because we never hold a copy.

Studio AI is not meant for children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can make a contract where you live, use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Your data → Delete my data, or by email as described on the deletion page. Deletion cannot be undone: it ends any credits left in the account and clears the products, catalogs, business profile and images the app keeps on your device. It does not cancel a subscription; cancel that with the store (section 5).

3. AI processing by OpenAI

To make images, we send the photos of the run and the choices you made to OpenAI, which generates the images on our instructions. Before the first photo is uploaded, the app asks for your permission and names OpenAI; nothing goes to OpenAI and nothing is generated until you allow it. You can withdraw that permission at any time under Settings → Privacy → AI processing, and the app then makes no new images until you allow it again.

The Privacy Policy explains what OpenAI receives, how long it keeps it, and what we store ourselves. OpenAI’s own rules also apply to what you send (section 10).

4. Before you subscribe

You can try Studio AI on your own product before you buy anything.

5. The Studio Pro subscription

6. Credits

Runs are paid for with credits.

7. Refunds

8. Right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, the law may give you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or a digital service within 14 days. You buy from the store, so you exercise that right through the store, under its terms and the law where you live. These terms do not ask you to give up any right of withdrawal the law gives you.

An image is supplied the moment it is delivered. Under Turkish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or to intangible goods delivered instantly (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(ğ)); a delivered image is one of these.

9. AI-generated product images

Images are made by an AI image model that redraws the whole picture. A result is not a photograph of your product. By default the model is told to keep the product’s shape, colour, logo and label text as photographed and to change only the setting and the light; the creative option, which the app labels as such, lets it take more liberties. Either way it does not always manage, and the same photos and the same choices can give different results.

Product images are produced by an AI image model that redraws every pixel. A result is a generated image of your product, not a photograph of it, and it can differ from the item a customer receives. Logos, label text, ingredient lists and small print are frequently wrong. Compare every image with the real product before using it in a listing or an advert, and do not use a generated image where a marketplace or the law requires an actual photograph of the goods.

Before you use an image commercially, in a listing, a catalog, an advert or anywhere a buyer will see it, compare it with the real product and read every logo, label and piece of small print on it. You decide whether an image shows your product fairly; a buyer is entitled to receive what the picture shows. Whether a generated image is allowed in a particular marketplace or advert is set by that marketplace’s rules and your local advertising law, and some require an actual photograph of the goods. What we promise about images is set out in section 14.

10. Acceptable use

Studio AI is for making images and catalogs of products you sell or have the right to show. You must not:

OpenAI’s usage policies apply to everything sent through the app, and OpenAI may block a request. A blocked request costs no credits (section 6). We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, or where the law requires it.

11. Your photos, images and catalogs

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and in your product details. You allow us to use the photos of a run only to run the service for you: to receive them, to send them to OpenAI so images can be made, and to hold the photos and the images for the time set out in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when they are deleted from our systems, except for copies the law requires us to keep.

We claim no ownership of the images made for you or the catalogs you build. Any rights we hold in the images we transfer to you, and you may use them for personal or business purposes within these terms. Whether an AI-generated image is protected by copyright depends on the law where you are, and other users may get similar results, so we cannot promise that you hold exclusive rights in an image.

Your library lives on your device. We delete the photos and images of a run from our servers 30 days after the run was started, and we never hold your products, catalogs or business profile. If you uninstall the app, clear its data, delete your account or move to a new phone, what the app kept on the device is gone and we cannot restore it. Save or export what you want to keep.

12. The app and its content

The app, including its software, design, name, and the sample products and example images in it, belongs to Better Life With Apps or its licensors. Nothing in these terms lets you copy, sell or reuse the app, its name or its branding.

If you got the app from the App Store, your licence to use it is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms apply. These terms add the rules for the service, credits and images. If they conflict with Apple’s agreement about the licence itself, Apple’s agreement prevails. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app, its content or its support; we are.

13. Availability and limits

We work to keep Studio AI running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or that every run will succeed. A run that fails costs no credits (section 6).

We may pause parts of the service, such as photo uploads or new runs, for safety, legal or technical reasons. We also limit how many runs you can make in a period and how many can run at the same time, so the service stays available to everyone. These limits apply with a subscription too; no plan is unlimited. A run stopped by such a limit costs nothing.

We may change the app, including its tools, scenes and image model. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan gives you, you can cancel the plan with the store, and your legal rights also apply. If we decide to stop offering the app, we will announce it on this website in advance.

14. What we promise

We provide Studio AI with reasonable care and skill, as described in these terms and on the purchase screen. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights when digital content or a digital service is faulty or not as described, and nothing in these terms limits them.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the app, the images and the catalogs are provided “as is”. We make no other promise, express or implied, that an image will be accurate, match your product, keep its logo or label text intact, be accepted by a marketplace or an advertising platform, be unique to you, or be free of other people’s rights.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:

16. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Studio AI at any time. To end a subscription, cancel it with the store (section 5); to close your account, delete it (section 2).

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the app. Where we can, we will tell you why. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, you keep any right the law gives you to a refund for paid credits or plan time you could not use.

Sections 7, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 17, and the part of section 6 that explains what credits are not, continue to apply after the agreement ends.

17. Disputes and your consumer rights

If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@blwapps.com; most problems are quickest to fix that way. Doing so does not stop you from going to a court or a consumer body.

If you use Studio AI as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.

Consumers in Türkiye can apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where they live or where the purchase was made for disputes below the amount set each year, and to the consumer court (tüketici mahkemesi) for larger disputes, after the mediation the law requires.

18. Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the app, the law or the store rules change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. We announce changes that materially affect you on this page before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription before the change applies to you. A change never takes away rights you have by law.

If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply to that use.
